Carpet bombing with no regards of civilian life. Giulio Douhet would be proud, unfortunately.
Between 38,200 and 44,500 buildings throughout the Gaza Strip (about 14% of all buildings in Gaza, and 25% of northern Gaza) have been damaged or destroyed since the war's beginning, new study finds. One of the most intense bombing campaigns of the 21st century by sorties/time & civilian casualties
Maps: Tracking the Attacks in Israel and Gaza
At least a quarter of all buildings in northern Gaza are damaged or destroyed, a satellite analysis suggests.

Still very, very relevant as we have seen with regards to Russia's military flaws after the invasion of Ukraine.

The latest from @War_Mapper on Israel’s assault into #Gaza. The plan appears to be to isolate Gaza City and northern Gaza in the initial phase of the advance. What does this mean? 1/7 🧵
Gaza map update:

IDF continued pushing along the coast north of Gaza City.

They entered Beit Hanoun from the northeast after intense clashes.

Notably, south of Gaza City, the IDF crossed Salah Al Deen Road, moving toward the coastline.

Note: This map depicts IDF operational areas, not control.

Ukrainians made some massive entries to their claims for Russian losses today. 55 new tanks and 120 APCs/IPCs. Looks like they were able to do a proper scan of the Avdiivka battle area and the Russians there were really mauled. 10 days ago this was supposed to herald a new Russian success...

Among other things, NATO must increase production of ammunition and procurement of stockpiles to help Kyiv sustain its offensive.

One of Russia first moves at the start of the 2022 invasion of Ukraine was to station trained dolphins at the entrance of Sevastopol harbor. Similar dolphin pens have now turned up at a Russian Naval base in northwestern Crimea 🇺🇦🇷🇺🐬

🇷🇺 took new positions north of Krasnohorivka.

By Robotyne, 🇺🇦 briefly advanced into the north of Novoprokopivka, but appears to have been pushed out again.
