If you're willing to chat about it. What hrt regimen have you been put on or have gone on?
Here in the UK I've been denied a T blocker and I'm in considerable stress over it. My endo is prescribing only 2mg gel daily (all my progress has been on pills).
I've upped to 4mg..

Having trauma & loving someone with trauma is difficult. Especially when you cope & struggle in different ways.
But the reward is showing someone the love that you have lacked & craved for your entire life. Supporting them in ways that you were failed. Staying during times where you were left.
