Until the pandemic you had to file complaints on paper in E.D. Pa. I think we were the last district in the country with that rule.
Dear Elon:
1. Only a wanker would call a lawsuit “thermonuclear”
2. Only a twat would rush to file a complicated lawsuit.
3. Lawsuits are e-filed and you don’t have to wait for court to be open, you huge git.
That’s just to start.

I'm not similarly situated, but the enshittification has gotten to the point that its very difficult to bypass, the basic features are degrading *and* interesting activity is dropping as informed people depart and the bozos take over. This last piece is likely what will kill that platform entirely.

1) To be clear: her now-deleted tweet did not say it was a "strategic error." It said it was a DELIBERATE decision FOR THE PRUPOSE of making sure the drag ban was *upheld.* That is enormously different.
2) Sometimes you file knowing you're likely going to need to win on appeal. That's litigating.
