Using up my leftover cranberries to make some scones. Half with cranberries, half without because I thought they might be too tart for my son. Should’ve made the whole batch with them, they got nice and sweet in the oven. 🍽️

Why does it take company coming for me to tackle projects around the house? In the last 36 hours I’ve decluttered multiple spaces, filed piles of paperwork, cleaned the main level of the house, baked apple pie bars, prepped food for Thurs, fixed a couch, and patched and painted holes in the walls.

I think I messed up the cranberry sauce (used too much orange juice). So I added a packet of gelatin. This could get weird.

The chocolate croissants from Trader Joe’s are so good. My son calls them “chocolate burritos.” We usually make them at least once on the weekends.
