I am obsessed with the Kendrick halftime show for dozens of reasons, but this visual of the Sudan/Gaza protestor getting dragged away by people in suits… I am fucking awestruck by it. A visual like this could easily made sense as a planned part of the show. But we don’t have to fake the dystopia.

Elon Musk’s people forced their way into the U.S. treasury and got access to U.S. payment systems. Posted on X that they’ve found $4billion/per day that the U.S. can stop paying. Everything about this is wildly illegal. And it’s happening on the weekend when people aren’t paying attention.

i think also the primacy of national politics in political discourse has maybe led people to forget that governance is very decentralized and the federal government does not control the states and has limited enforcement power over them
