This is so beautiful! Love it!
If approved, SLC would have 4 flag designs. It's current, as well as one tied to Progress Pride, Juneteenth and Transgender designs as seen here #utpol:

Sometimes you want to open a new, unknown bottle and explore it fully. And sometimes you want to sit back with a familiar favorite. 😊 The Goisot Aligoté is one of my consistent favorites. I highly recommend it. It’s a great “relax on the sofa” wine. 😊 #winesky #aligote #bourgogne

Château Yvonne 2022 Saumur Blanc - light bodied to the eyes but FAR more complex on the nose and palate. Lemon, apple, pear, and a touch of honey, dry and acidic. Makes me want to clap my hands like Maggie Smith in “Gosford Park” and say “Yummy yummy yummy!” #winesky #loirecheninblanc #kogodwineclub

Opened a bottle for a lovely spontaneous visit with a neighbor. Vincent Pinard Florés Sancerre 2022. Much lighter in intensity and body than expected. Consistent on the nose and palate - apple, pear, lemon, and wet stones, plus lemongrass on the palate. Kogod Wine Club selection. #winesky #whitewine

He said it repeatedly. She warned us about what he was saying. Maybe it’s time for the American voters to FUCKING LISTEN during campaigns.
I guess folks weren't really listening when he said it.... they didn't listen to her warnings either...

Here’s a thought… Someday instead of looking back and saying, “Oh, the woman who lost the election was right on all of her warnings about her opponent,” maybe we should…I don’t know…elect the woman? 🤷🏻‍♀️
When Harris said it would be $4,000, the “fact-checkers” tut-tutted and claimed what she said was only “half true” because there were some lower estimates. The “fact-checkers” lied; Harris was telling the truth.

Opened a REALLY interesting bottle tonight. Cesarese del Piglio, which was a new wine for me. Aged in amphora. Roscioli Wine Club bought the whole amphora to create a private 1500 bottle collection. Unfiltered, so it has sediment. But it is otherwise a fresh, crisp wine. Easy and drinkable! #winesky

People were renditioned to Venezuela simply because they have tattoos. Not gang tattoos. Just…tattoos.

In totally unrelated news, our current Triple Sec Def has white supremacy tattoos. So… 🤨

Not funny at all, while also absolutely hilarious. 😆
The founder of Signal releases a response to SignalGate:

“There are so many great reasons to be on Signal.

Now including the opportunity for the vice president of the United States of America to randomly add you to a group chat for coordination of sensitive military operations.”

“What’s worse: Republicans or what Republicans mutated into?” I feel like this isn’t the flex he thinks it is… 🙄
Republican presidential administrations did both

I wanted a hearty pasta marinara with vegetarian meatballs for dinner, but didn’t feel like opening a bottle of red. This chewy, hefty rosé was a great alternative. Torre Dei Beati Cerasuolo D’Abruzzo 2022. Juicy and sweet on the nose, notes of strawberry, cherry, cranberry, and a touch of honey.

After countless years of conservative men declaring themselves alphas and crowing about liberal cucks, they sure are all folding like origami anytime Trump pouts and makes threats. Fragile masculinity is going to be the death of us all.

I recently found this podcast and love it. It is light and fun, but also informative. Perfect listening in these stressful times. And when I replied to one of their eps with, “Don’t at me, bro!” they gave me a fun shout out on a later episode. 😆 This ep was perfect for my upcoming trip to Naples. 😊

Chuck Schumer would rather sell books about fighting antisemitism than fight the antisemites who are dismantling liberal democracy, which is the only thing that protects us as Jews in the diaspora.

This right here is exactly it. I have been a loyal Democrat my entire life. The current "leadership" of the party is not representing me, this country, or our democracy in an effective way. It is time to stop worrying about decorum and start worrying about the survival of the country.
American politics makes a lot more sense when you realize that the GOP is afraid of pissing off the GOP base, and the Dems are afraid of pissing off the GOP base, but neither party is afraid of pissing off the Dem base.

Okay. I know there are far more important things to be outraged by. But…seriously, how trashy can this guy be??? 🤬

I needed this today. Especially because I so love trash pandas. ❤️🦝

If you are looking for good wines, I recommend the wines (and olive oil) of Cesani. Their Serisé is a Ciliegiolo that is so yummy! And of their Vernaccias, the Clamys is my favorite because the grapes are grown in a section of land rich with fossils. LOTS of minerality! #winesky

Am I the only one disoriented by seeing Mitch McConnell as the only Republican refusing to back Tulsi Gabbard and RFK Jr.? I mean...it's too little too late, since he's one of the main reasons we are in this mess. But it's still weird.

And now I’m stuck with the image of “Buddy” coming up with “Red, White, and Blueland”, looking in the mirror, and giving himself the double gun point because he is SUCH A CLEVER BOY! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ There is not enough migraine medicine in the world for this bullshit. (Yes. This is real.)

In a former life I was a database administrator. The fact that we have a guy currently GUTTING the government's databases who clearly doesn't understand what SQL even IS (and probably pronounces it ess-cue-ell) gives me a migraine. (It is at least less offensive than his use of the r-word. 🙄)
not a new observation but Elon Musk genuinely isn't very bright, genuinely has no idea how most things work, and his entire supergenius engineer persona is a tech press-enabled mythology (they've never been held accountable for)

I feel safer already! 🙄 (Seriously, my ocular muscles are not going to survive all of this winning. I'm going to get a repetitive eye roll strain.)
So after promising to focus on safety, they’ve gotten right down to work… on gender terminology?
