i dont know what sony's glue is on flex cables, but the plastic connector flap thing that keeps the cable in the slot broke off on the PS2 fat.
It's like throwing a wine bottle on a ship-tier event for me at this point.

also as is tradition with me opening a sony console, their flex connector broke for the power button so i ordered a cable replacement
