@democrats.org the shutdown is a non-issue in these negotiations. Strip DHS from minibus and press for actual reforms in a separate bill. If R’s won’t strip it then shutdown is on them. There is no urgency to pass a DHS approps bill and don’t get fooled into thinking there is.
