Public defender Eli Northrup is running again for District 69 Assembly seat
Eli Northrup, candidate for New York State Assembly’s District 69 seat, did not always want to be a politician. But that all changed when he started witnessing inequities as a lawyer.

This is a bad deal for Americans.

Voters turned out in record numbers last wk to elect Democrats believing they would fight for working families.

We urge Senate Dems to vote NO on the reported GOP budget package, which fails to address the devastating health care crisis.

Z's 2025 general-election honeymoon with Hochul is over; the 2026 race for NY governor has begun.

Hochul has only industry $, no people power. Let us exploit her gubernatorial primary to our advantage.

Pete of @nychange.bsky.social shares how she must change on clean energy + affordable utilities.
Hochul’s dirty deal w/ Trump on the pipeline follows other pro-oil & gas decisions.

The NYS DEC commissioner, NYSERDA president NYS PSC chair talk like they’re pro-consumer/anti-pollution, but they govern like oil/gas lobbyists.

Lefton, Harris & Christian should resign.

The New York Times is the latest outlet to make an embarrassing apples-and-oranges error when catastrophizing over enrollment declines.

This compares district + charter enrollment in 2020 to district-only enrollment in 2025, and as a result a lie was printed in the newspaper

Yesterday one of my children left their violin on the bus on the way home from school. They are very responsible and not used to loosing things, so they felt distraught. I, on the other hand, lose at least 8 things before breakfast each day so I knew what to do! 1/2
