Fact: They didn’t fear what breaking the Dept of Education would do to their kids. Their kids are in fancy private schools.

They are dismantling the Dept of Ed so our kids have no choice but to be undereducated and work for their kids.

Go ahead and stay silent. Let fear rule you. Watch injustice happen. Just don’t act like you did not know and accept that you are the latest in a long line of cowards who learned nothing from the past. www.democracydocket.com/opinion/we-c...

Are feeling defeated or hopeless, I offer you this:

Do for one person what you wish you could do for everyone.
Think locally.
Get involved in your city or town.
Volunteer somewhere.
Share a meal with your neighbors.
You need one another.

When sharing his thoughts on where the “soul” of America is headed, Pete said: “Our nation has always been at its best when it widens the circle of belonging and equality to take care of more people and not less. Our nation has been at its worst when we've been discriminating.”

Musk’s status as a “special government employee” limits him to 130 days in the executive branch. However, despite working daily—documented by his own X posts—they claim he only works one day a week, effectively stretching his limit to 130 weeks. This needs to be brought to Congress—please share.

This is a bigger issue than people realize. Not just jobs lost. But their families losing benefits. Landlords losing tenants. Cities and towns losing revenue. This is how recessions start

Ready Fire Aim is no way to govern.
More accurate, fewer words;

"There are plenty of contractors going under".

A friend furloughed 75% of staff (furlough w/paying for health insurance for three months), 50% exec pay cut, 25% rest of staff to keep as many people w/salary.

PS: Wasn't 18F a government office, not a contractor.

The federal civilian worker payroll totaled $271 billion in 2022.

The annual cost of permanently extending Trump's tax cuts that primarily benefited rich individuals? $400 billion.

Keep this in mind as Trump and DOGE lay off thousands of federal workers.

It's annoying how clearly this is going to play out.

They gut the FAA.
Therefore, the FAA can't do its job well because it was gutted.
Therefore, they say "The FAA sucks, we have to privatize it." which is what Project 2025 wants to do. They're manufacturing the crises for their end goal.

If you support any of this, you’re honestly just a terrible person. People’s lives are being upended and destroyed. For every 1% increase in unemployment, 40,000 people die—yet some are celebrating.

Do Congressional Republicans and Magas understand that they too are on the chopping block here? It’s only a matter of time before he adjourns Congress and that’s that.
