The heart attack that took my dad was so sudden and intense that we had no chance of saving him, but plenty of people die from heart attacks that could have been survivable if someone knew the lesser known symptoms. It’s my greatest hope that by sharing this every year, I can spare someone’s life.

My Dex score used to be a lot higher, I’ll tell you that.
My D&D group in my 20s used to mock our DM for making us roll for lots of stuff that should just be auto-success. In my 40s, I can somehow crit fail brushing my teeth and throw my back out for a week.
