The heart attack that took my dad was so sudden and intense that we had no chance of saving him, but plenty of people die from heart attacks that could have been survivable if someone knew the lesser known symptoms. It’s my greatest hope that by sharing this every year, I can spare someone’s life.

There is no way to get the correct time frame. We order it in huge bags and accidentally got it way too frequently so there was a point where we had like. 60lbs of cat food
