I've deleted my post about NOAA's Global Monitoring Lab being offline.

Feedback I've gotten indicates a power outage is affecting NOAA's Boulder, CO facilities related to maintenance work.

Hence, this (presumably temporary) outage seems unrelated to recent government actions.
