The independent review, led by Dr Alan Whitehead CBE and commissioned by Department for Energy Security and Net Zero considered the economic, policy and regulatory dimensions of GGR deployment and developed five headline recommendations to to ensure prompt GGR deployment to meet Carbon Budgets 👇
