Last night, I got properly "doored" for the first time. A car in the road to my right paused, and the rear left passenger threw open his door without looking, right into my path. I ended up on the floor, badly winded but ok.

It’s #CleanAirNight! Did you know that wood burning contributes to serious health conditions for people across the UK? Wood burning smoke produces fine particulate air pollution (PM2.5), which can cause heart & lung disease and increase your risk of diabetes and dementia when inhaled.
