Explained to one of my oldest and dearest friends on planet earth today that whistles are not “too much”.
Don’t assume everyone who is mad about what’s happening is also adequately informed about what’s happening and how we need to respond.

It’s crucial to recognize this is not hypocrisy. People in power don’t actually want to regulate the business models of these big tech companies, they want to use liberals/leftists rightful anger at big tech to pass sweeping surveillance/censorship laws while letting these companies profit
