What we're dealing with isn't a FLAW in the U.S. Constitution.
It's the FAILURE of Republicans in Congress/SCOTUS to put the best interests of the citizenry and our nation ahead of their own.

Pretty odd verdict in the Duggan case. She was convicted of obstructing federal agents, yet acquitted of concealing a person from arrest. So she didn't conceal the deportee whom ICE was there for but she did obstruct the agents. Not impossible but 2 counts--both unanimous--seem in tension.
