Still reeling from the Stanford report on Brexit. Reduced GDP by up to 8% and investment by as much as 18%. The UK Treasury would have £40 billion more each year if Britain had remained in the EU. Devastating self-immolation.

“to listen and read the British press over recent weeks is to get the impression that not only is Farage not in any way racist, but that to dare to suggest otherwise is a major affront to decency that risks putting his very life in danger.”
On Nigel Farage's racism, of course it is possible that someone can believe one thing when they're a teenager and something completely different when they're an adult.

But where is the evidence that has happened in this case?

Instead all of the evidence points in the complete opposite direction

This one minor piece of legislation will have a much bigger practical impact on people's lives - as well as being almost universally popular - than any amount of trying to dehumanise immigrants.

But among all the government's hatemongering, it will go unnoticed.

They always start with free speech. It sounds reasonable, doesn’t it? Free speech? And they can use it to shut down anyone who criticises them, because it’s all “free speech”

After “free speech” it’s “protecting women and girls”

And then it’s whatever they actually wanted.
The right-wing campaign group that helped topple Roe v Wade in the US is now working to roll back abortion laws in the UK, with the help of Nigel Farage.

Its first step? Trying to create a debate around "free speech"

Arsenal fan group Gunners For Peace said discussions over extending the deal brought the club’s values into question.
