Apparently Americans need to be reminded yet again that we have never suspended elections during a war. Lincoln was reelected during the Civil War (a large part of why we have absentee voting), FDR during WW2. It's never been true, and scaring folks with untrue things makes you not a good person.

Yearly reminder that you CAN just become a different person, you're not as imprisoned in your life as you think. You can just be the one who dresses nice or exercises or reads a lot, or whatever. You can just start doing it, some people might make fun of you but they don't really care.

I dont think he even has to do that. Once he knows who and how voters voted (ala demanding each states voter rolls) he can just have AI flag your mail in the postal system & delay or stop it.
We should all assume that mail-in voting is now out of question & everyone should plan to vote in-person

As of 12/24/25, USPS changed policy on when they postmark mail. Mail dropped off is no longer guaranteed a same-day postmark. Tax returns & other time-sensitive items are now stamped when they reach a regional processing center, which may be days later. Plan deadlines accordingly to avoid penalties.
