Weather’s looking great for tomorrow!

I’ve got two big pieces of sirloin cap, one already in the sous vide and the other to smoke. Will also be making the usual crowd-pleasing chicken thighs and pulled pork.

FBI: Do you like Marx?

Mhmood Mamdani: I haven’t met him.

FBI: No, no, he’s dead.

MM: Wow, what happened?

FBI: No, no, he died long ago. ... He wrote that poor people should not be poor.

MM: Sounds amazing.

I'm soon going to need some editorial help at PokerScout and related sites. A few roles are available. An ideal candidate would have experience as a reporter, an editor, and a poker player, but any smart person with research and writing skills will be considered. Hit me up.

*** NON-TEBELLO DAY ANNOUNCEMENT 2025 ***

Due to circumstances beyond my control, Montebello Day 2025 will be a month later than usual and therefore "Non-Tebello Day."

I'll do another announcement a month out (i.e. close to the normal day), but mark July 5 on your calendars.

There are few bright spots in the world right now. However, if we're looking for positives, it is extremely funny that Canadian conservatives are on track to blow a ~160-projected-seat lead as a result of two things right-wingers thought they wanted: Trump beating Biden, and Trudeau resigning.
