Had a go to see where we are today. 5k in just under 34 minutes ain't so bad. Had COVID a few weeks ago and it's really knocked the fitness. No matter, it will just make the comeback all the more glorious!

I have become that person that takes running gear on holiday, and I don't mind it all. 50-odd minutes on a treadmill on rough seas on a cruise. Mostly walking, but a good 20 minutes jogging.
