Can't remember who initially said this but a lot of modern art discourse is bad because it presents art not as something to enjoy, to analyze, to breathe in, to criticize, to let wash over you, to consume even, but as something to *outsmart*. And it goes beyond Cinemasins too.
I invented this complex while still fuming with anger after seeing the Cameron film and frustrated because I wasn't allowed to punch people in the cinema.

One of the fundamental "magic of the internet" moments I've always cherished is finding a tiny creator who demonstrates surprising talent. A cool song with barely any views, a great new artist with a dozen followers, etc.

Why am I so against generative AI in games?
Because I simply do not want my initial reaction to art to be one of suspicion and scrutiny, AI slop is fundamentally damaging my relationship to art and artistry, and I am deeply resentful that it is forcing me to be guarded when I should be wowed.

Call it coping, but my ideal scenario would be:
1.) Miniseries that reintroduces Gavan and the concept of the Metal Heroes and bridges the gap to Universe Heroes.
2.) Entirely new series that's just a mix of Sentai and Metal Hero elements that isn't pure nostalgia bait.
3.) Integrity maintained.
1.) Miniseries that reintroduces Gavan and the concept of the Metal Heroes and bridges the gap to Universe Heroes.

So if the new Sentai is basically going to be made up of Metal Heroes, my takeaway is that Toei's idea to rejuvenate Sentai is to incorporate some of the aesthetic variety that MH and Rider both have.

So weird how two of the best industry standard pieces of software (Blender, Davinci) are no-strings free, almost like a money incentive ISN'T needed for brilliance in design and quality 🤔
Blender is struggling. it's the best piece of 3d software on the market, and it's free. I'm not going back to autodesk.

Hey freelance artist! Consider going to your local tax accountant. Some of them will charge a reasonable amount for filing and will keep your stuff locked up for easy preparation next year.
