The Supreme Court just ruled that states can remove Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood. This is why we need women’s rights written into the Constitution. Until they are, women’s rights will remain at the mercy of the Court’s patriarchal whims. We should have learned after Roe. It’s despicable.

Wow. This is major news. Judges discuss moving the U.S. marshals from the executive to the judicial branch. Not only would they protect judges from trump threats, but it would also make it easier for courts to order marshals to carry out court orders.
