As a pediatrician and a mom, I am extremely concerned about the impact social media has on our kids. Harmful content is often unregulated as companies make their apps more addictive to keep kids scrolling as they rake in profits.

Despite millions of flu cases and thousands of deaths across the country, RFK Jr.'s FDA decided yesterday to block an updated flu vaccine. Our nation's vaccine policies are being hijacked as this Administration promotes conspiracy theories, stifles innovation, and makes our country sicker.

From skyrocketing healthcare premiums to the high costs of groceries, working families are getting squeezed while the Trump Administration and Congressional Republicans cut taxes for billionaires.

This is outrageous - Americans deserve better.

President Trump's decision to fire well-regarded, experienced, and independent inspectors general and replace them with his unqualified DOGE cronies is making it harder to investigate Medicare and Medicaid fraud.

He is weakening these key programs, and harming those who depend on them.

Measles was eliminated in the U.S. over 25 years ago. Now, we are facing the largest outbreak we have had in decades.

This is preventable. Please listen to your doctor — not RFK Jr. — about getting vaccinated to keep you and your loved ones safe.

Glad to work with @chu.house.gov and my colleagues to secure a GAO study on the ramifications of RFK Jr.'s outrageous decision to roll back the recommendation that all newborns receive the hepatitis B vaccine at birth.
I am thrilled that GAO accepted my request to study the public health, equity, and economic impacts of RFK Jr.’s reckless decision to eliminate the universal hepatitis B birth-dose recommendation, in response to a letter I led with @repkimschrier.bsky.social & 108 House Democrats.

I'm fighting for Medicare Advantage reform now because our current system is unacceptable and far too often leaves patients to either eat their healthcare costs or die without the care they need.

Americans deserve better.

Americans are furious at their insurance companies, and rightfully so.

Health insurance companies continue to drive up costs, deny coverage, and force patients to plead for assistance to cover the care their doctor prescribed. This is unacceptable.
