Here at the Cypress Park Home Depot where ICE raided the parking lot at 9:45am. Witnesses say the agents rolled up in masks, grabbed whoever they could, and took off in under 2 minutes.

There is more than sufficient evidence to open a federal hate crime case under 18 USC 249. This is precisely the type of crime the Shepard-Byrne ACT was passed to permit the feds to prosecute. Important to watch what DOJ does here. www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/...

Please, don’t let Jonathan Joss’s story die down. Please, don’t do this to Indigenous people on Pride month. Please, recognize his whole neighborhood was in on his premeditated death and killed his dogs and burned his childhood home.
