I was REPEATEDLY told that payment processors "had" to ban all nsfw to mitigate the risk of processing CSAM.

If you're using AI to write essays, eulogies, a text to your wife, I do think less of you as a person. Ceding your mental and creative abilities to a machine is an embarrassing thing and people should be ashamed to admit doing it in public.

If you're using AI to write essays, eulogies, a text to your wife, I do think less of you as a person. Ceding your mental and creative abilities to a machine is an embarrassing thing and people should be ashamed to admit doing it in public.

I'm no lawyer, but reading this from my proverbial armchair, this seems to set a dangerous precedent. All you need is an adjutant general of a state's National Guard who's sympathetic to this regime and they can completely undermine that state's government and laws.
The court concludes that the statute's requirement that "orders ... shall be issued through the governors of the States" doesn't mean that a governor must consent or even be consulted before their state's National Guard is federalized.

§ 12406. Rather, the decision to activate the National Guard under § 12406 is textually committed to the President alone. See 10 U.S.C. § 12406 (*[T]he President
