The United States Government has no legal authority to snatch a person who is lawfully present in the United States off the street and remove him from the country without due process. The Government's contention otherwise, and its argument that the federal courts are powerless to intervene, are unconscionable.

Disheartening to see @DOGE cancel funding for scholarships to students from Burma, cutting off another pathway for those already facing massive hurdles to safe & quality education, especially since the 2021 military coup.

These scholarships are so far from what he says they are, I can't stand it. These are young people fleeing conflict and forced conscription, trying to get a better future and contribute to their communities. This was a literal lifeline and they took it away out of spite and ignorance.
