I have no way of knowing the truth of these claims, but I would question the suitability of any investigator who expressed the views claimed, to any of the parties involved, whilst carrying out the investigation.

It’s how it is. The problem is too many lukewarm hospitals in South Wales, all doing the same thing because every MP/MS wants an acute site in their parish, social care is banjaxed by Brexit and the 2024 population is older and sicker with access to more interventions and have higher expectations.
