Writing tip: After you finish, go back & cut all the adverbs. Then all the adjectives. Then all the other words. Eat the paper. Now you're free.

Making a New Years resolution to stop swearing was hasty and short-sighted. Ten days in and I realise that swearing is the only thing between me and a full breakdown!
