My parents hosted a “pumpkin party” every year, where families and friends carved pumpkins, drank cider around a bonfire.
As a moody teen I wanted a real adult style party instead.
Anyway now that I’m in my 30s and free to do whatever I want I’m… being chill and carving pumpkins with my friends.
