After the US admin cancelled the $B Climate + Weather Disaster dataset, @climatecentral.org hired the scientists who ran it and set it back up.
Now the 2025 numbers are in: it's 3rd highest year on record and highest year w/o land-falling hurricanes.

No, Kemi Badenoch, the US has not walked away from the World Trade Organization, not even "more or less". It has disrupted dispute settlement and Trump's tariffs violate WTO rules, but the US is active in much of the WTO's regular work and it has paid its contribution to the budget.

As a family member, would I have any right to object to my data being disclosed without my consent?
It's not just social media. Looks like visitors to the US from Europe and other countries that are part of the visa waiver program will have to submit an enormous amount of data about themselves and their families, including DNA, if proposed new rules are accepted
