While I don’t believe the conspiracy theories that Trump is a Russian asset, it’s obvious Trump defers to Putin-whether it’s due to kompromat, cowardice, ignorance or mere admiration for tyrants
Plus he probably doesn’t care what happens to Ukraine or Russia
He just wants credit for ending the war

If the 28-point plan came from Russia and somehow ended up in the hands of U.S. lawmakers, then we don’t have a “leak” problem we have a foreign influence problem. And anyone downplaying that should not be anywhere near national security decisions.
