Wheelchair user. The scourge of dickheads parking cars and vans across the pavement and completely blocking my way is getting worse. I'm completely helpless and am so frustrated, angry and upset by its impact on my daily life, I now carry a penknife in my chair to puncture tyres.

I'm trying to find the type of surgeon who works on amputees at that develop neuromas.
I think this falls under reconstructive surgery, not neurology (and every time I search I only info for neuromas in the feet) but I'm having such a hard time finding anyone to even consult.
