i think we underestimate how the combination of engagement-bait social media and cheap sensationalist tv (ancient aliens, etc.) has caused a significant swath of the public to see almost everything as a conspiracy and that’s going to need to be tackled if we’re to have any hope of a better world

mamy już sporo badań naukowych mówiących coś przeciwnego: predyktorem sukcesu politycznego jest umiejętność robienia z ludzi debili. A bardziej precyzyjnie: korzystanie z zasobu politycznego jakim jest odklejenie elektoratu od zbyt skomplikowanej dlań rzeczywistości.

Ja tylko zwrócę uwagę, że to Duda blokując wiadomą ustawę stwierdził, że trzeba pozwalać na szczucie dużo gorsze niż to wymierzone w córkę Nawrockiego. Że to „wolność wypowiedzi”, której nie wolno odbierać.
