Something I don’t see acknowledged much about X versus its alternatives is that now that you can make money by stoking discourse between verified X users, so much of the content over there is completely inauthentic rage bait—and non-verified users engaging with it are basically suckers

The Heinous Truth...
At the moment, the official voice of the US government is a rancid mixture of trolling, cruelty, propaganda, and crass jokes about the human suffering they’re creating.
The official voice of the US government is cruel, gross, and weird. What is that doing to us?
Joking memes about imprisonment, deportation, and death by alligator are designed to radicalize and desensitize.

The skyrocketing price of Trump’s occupations come as the president threatens to deploy additional troops to more American cities to quell dissent and turn America into a full-blown police state.

Q: There's a report that Ted Cruz is laying the groundwork for a 2028 presidential run. Would you consider supporting him?

TRUMP: I haven't spoken to him about it. It's a little early. We had quite a campaign against Ted and it worked out quite nicely. We're in the Oval Office.
