Not to put too fine a point on it, but the conservative majority wouldn’t let Biden halt a single border program, in a case where plaintiffs did not have standing and the actions were clearly lawful (as they later affirmed!), but did let Trump kill an entire Department via clearly unlawful actions.
Since April 4, #SCOTUS has issued 15 rulings on 17 emergency applications filed by Trump (three birthright citizenship apps were consolidated).
It has granted relief to Trump ... in all 15 rulings.
It has written majority opinions in only 3.

Here's something everybody should be paying attention to: Congressional Republicans are trying to weaken the Affordable Care Act and put millions of people at risk of losing their health care. Call your Senators and tell them we can't let that happen.

If you are a federal worker being offered a buyout, I would advise against taking it.
Of course, this is a personal decision for everyone and it’s your choice.
But these offers are a rush job. The legality is questionable and this admin does not keep to its word.

We all need to pay attention to what Congress spends its time on day to day under GOP control. This week both houses have considered anti-choice bills to target people with pregnancy complications and OBGYNs. No bills to help with groceries, CA disaster relief, or anything else productive.
