I'm guessing the judge really, really, really wanted the parties to come to a settlement and Mastro just wouldn't budge despite hours of pressure. Since the MTA was offering a generous deal the judge probably got fed up with Mastro. #speculation

When I played the original Okami, I remember being immensely frustrated by the incredibly slow text and the "helper" bug whose name I've forgotten.

Did a little experiment tonight to see how cheap NYR tickets can get at MSG if I wait all the way until 1st intermission, but it seems like they will never drop below $95.
While waiting I stopped at a yakitori place and forgot that yakitori is a huge ripoff.

Hoping to theorize some gameplay ramifications from this change. It reminds me a bit of a DS game called Time Hollow.

I'm missing out...
Way too much consolidated power in this field for one firm. Kadokawa is pretty evil already, with Sony backing they'd be even more monstrous.
SONY is potentially buying KADOKAWA according to Reuters!
If this happens SONY (already owning Crunchyroll) would have even more power over Anime Production including several more anime studios, among countless other Otaku products like LNs, Mangas and even Yen Press
