Update: She's OK, it was just a failure of communication. But she's definitely keeping her papers handy (she lives in Texas).
She showed me a truer form of love than I thought possible, she is the love of my life and one of my very best friends and supporters. She is also a Venezuelan citizen with a green card. I haven't been able to reach her in 2 weeks.

America has fought quite a few "conceptual" wars: on poverty, on drugs, and on terror. In every instance, ultimately the ruling class got what they wanted and there are plenty of those things still around.

This is where the myth of the "liberal media" is most exposed. Reporter may generally have personal liberal leanings, but serve the Status Quo first and foremost. Which has moved into some disgusting directions.

Watched some videos about contemporary conservative comedy. When conservatives satirize liberals, it's very obvious because it's so broadly over the top and cartoonish. When liberals satirize conservatives w/ a similar approach, people- from either side- are often fooled into believing it's real.
