The problem with water supply for the fires is entirely the result of the massive immediate demands for firefighting water, broken or damaged pipes and pumps, and homeowners leaving hoses and sprinklers running in hopes of saving property.”

Hi Deputy Commissioner Sheppard- I’m reaching out regarding the killing of 17-year-old Yeremi Colino on Thursday night in lower Manhattan. Initial reports said that he and his friend were brutally stabbed by three male suspects after the men asked if the teenagers spoke English and they said no. Can you share the ethnicity of the suspects? Have they been caught? What’s the status of the other teenager who was stabbed? Is this being investigated as a hate crime? And has the department’s focus on finding the killer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson diverted resources from this investigation? Thanks,

- Paid + Family Leave
- Child Tax Credit
- Universal pre-K
- $15 minimum wage

Instead, Bidenomics was all indirect and through the market:
