I've not been active because I've been away sick but also reflecting on a lot. One thing that's come up for me is how I want to be perceived in my bdsm community now. I want to be seen as someone creating a new, progressive and open approach to professional domination as a whole.

I can't even be happy getting approved for top surgery this month for Feb 2026, after all the hardwork & fighting to obtain this since 2022. I can't even transition one way, transmedically, even if I wanted to/were allowed to, cause it would kill me being Intersex. So what am I supposed to do?!
