Please, if you can spare a prayer, I would appreciate it. Someone in my life just lost her dad a few days ago and she & her family are really hurting. I don’t ask for much. But if you can just extend a prayer or some good energy their way, I would appreciate it. They’re good people & need support.

It’s not impossible we could arrive in a world without antidepressants, but our best guess is it won’t happen fast and there will be many road blocks for RFKJ. That being said, now would be a good time to talk to your provider about a 90-day supply of medication, especially if you are on an SSRI.

There are ~7 classes of antidepressants and over 30 medications licensed in the US. Pulling the FDA licenses for all these drugs would prove difficult (especially given the money involved for pharmaceutical companies) Fortunately or unfortunately, pharmaceutical companies have strong lobbyist groups
