Die aktuellen Debatten über eine Entkernung des Sozialstaates mitten in einer Phase wirtschaftlicher Schwäche, in der mehr Menschen noch stärker auf eben diesen angewiesen sein könnten - das darf man wohl Konjunkturprogramm für Extremismus nennen.

Die aktuellen Debatten über eine Entkernung des Sozialstaates mitten in einer Phase wirtschaftlicher Schwäche, in der mehr Menschen noch stärker auf eben diesen angewiesen sein könnten - das darf man wohl Konjunkturprogramm für Extremismus nennen.
Der Landtag NRW hat mich soeben als Sachverständigen in das Kuratorium der Landeszentrale für politische Bildung NRW gewählt. Eine große Ehre, ein tolles Ehrenamt. Ich freue mich!

Norbert Röttgen (CDU) war 2012 NRW-Spitzenkandidat für die NRW-Wahl & weigerte sich, klar zu bekennen, auch in die Opposition vor Ort gehen zu wollen. Er wurde abgestraft. AfD in Baden-Württemberg kaschiert nicht einmal, sich nicht für das Land zu interessieren: Ihr Spitzenkandidat tritt nicht an.

Seit mehreren Monaten versuchen wir, eine Gesprächsperson bei SPD Queer zu finden, die mit uns über Positionen und Interessen der Vereinigung innerhalb der SPD spricht. Nachdem sämtliche Versuche ins Leere liefen & alle anderen Parteien mit uns geredet haben: Kennt jemand wen?

Radical right parties in Europe have not moderated. Their positions and rhetoric have entered the mainstream. They have become normalized and legitimized. Unless we understand this, we have little chance of countering their success.
In many parts of Europe populist-right parties have moderated as they have grown, shedding unpopular policies and personnel. If anything, the AfD in Germany is growing more radical econ.st/3KSptMm

Radical right parties in Europe have not moderated. Their positions and rhetoric have entered the mainstream. They have become normalized and legitimized. Unless we understand this, we have little chance of countering their success.
