Oz had a pretty rough night, needed to go outside 3 times but finally settled in the conservatory on the cold tiles. He's asleep again now after his first dose of pain meds and probably won't fancy a walk.

68 years ago, on the 3rd of November 1957, the Sputnik 2 satellite was launched into orbit by the Soviet Union. It was the second spacecraft launched into earth orbit (after Sputnik 1) and carried Laika, the first animal in earth orbit. Laika died, as planned, during this. #otd #history 🗃️

When we started building up our forces for Tale of Four on WH+ the idea of a host of Vindicators rolling up the board just seemed right for the Death Guard. It's rugged, brutal and so satisfying!

Primer, Speedpaint, a couple of solid Fanatic acrylics, a Quickshade Dip, then just a few highlights. Nothing difficult, and very little extra work past the dip and varnish stage - honestly, all the 'finishing touches' are the fun parts!
