Charlie Kirk spent his life‘s work and all of his energy and time targeting out-groups while arguing for a world in which gun massacres would be easy to enact, plentiful, and inevitable, and he became famous and wealthy doing it, and we’re now not supposed to mention that because it’s not polite.

Trump tries to walk back his tariffs after supply chain collapse and threats of empty store shelves. But reversing course entirely may not be possible.

No he didn't.

Cult-of-personality devotion requires pretending the pre-COVID economy was great, but it really wasn't.

2017-19 the economy was basically fine—neither great nor awful—and Trump's one big policy contribution was a big debt-financed stimulus that didn't stimulate, just stayed on trend.

Trump is breaking things. And destroying a lot. And undermining our institutions. And selling us and our allies out. And causing great suffering. But he is also failing. Bigly. My latest. www.thedailybeast.com/yes-democrat...
Yes, Democrats Are Failing in This Moment. But So Is Trump
Trump has not just fallen short of fulfilling the promises that we all knew were lies all along, he has also failed to achieve goals he deeply hoped to.

as others have noted there's a connection between these deaths and right wing "Antifa" paranoia. musk designed and advertised this thing as apocalypse proof which in his smooth brain meant "able to protect riders from dangerous hordes of poor rioters". this also makes rescuing passengers impossible
What an absolute nightmare. A high school student saw his friends crash their Cybertruck and rushed to help, but was only able to rescue one of them because the car's doors would not open from the outside.

He watched his three other friends burn to death.

Musk’s status as a “special government employee” limits him to 130 days in the executive branch. However, despite working daily—documented by his own X posts—they claim he only works one day a week, effectively stretching his limit to 130 weeks. This needs to be brought to Congress—please share.

This corruption poses a real threat to the people of the city. He should have resigned a while ago, but will not. So it’s time for him to go.
