Billie Eilish asked an important question: "If you’re a billionaire, why are you a billionaire?"

There are FIVE ways to accumulate a billion dollars:

1) Profiting from a monopoly
2) Insider-trading
3) Political payoffs
4) Fraud
5) Inheritance

Billionaires are the result of a failed system.

Meanwhile, the seven largest health insurance companies made a combined $71B in profits in 2024.

I can thoroughly research new cars, walk into a dealership, sign the necessary papers, write a check, and drive away in a new car with no need for a buyers agent to whom I must pay a fee of thousands of dollars for doing a minimum of paperwork.

Apparently not so these days with buying a house.

One ~182km x ~211km solar thermal plant could provide all of America’s electricity, including a fully-electrified land transport sector.

100% clean power from just 0.39% of U.S land.

That’s why renewables are constantly under attack from the fossil fuel industry and their paid mouthpieces.

Cave to the GOP is what they have done best for decades. We need an opposition party.

Yes, THIS!
I knew that then and that’s why I didn’t vote for her and him in 2016.

Tim Kaine was supposed to be the moderate to Hillary’s progressiveness, but that was just BS.

Hillary is a centrist democrat and Kaine is a conservative dem who needs to be primaried by someone who leans far left of center.

81 years ago, FDR proposed a second Bill of Rights to guarantee every American the right to employment, healthcare, education, housing, and a living income. His words are as relevant now as they were then. Watch.

Instead of folding like cheap chairs, Democrats should have forced the GOP to end the shutdown by killing the filibuster. Holding onto the archaic, antidemocratic tradition doesn't help them stop fascism, it makes them complicit to it.

Democrats Should Have Let Republicans Kill the Filibuster
Instead of caving on the shutdown, Democrats should have waited for the GOP to cave on Trump’s demand to scotch this antidemocratic tactic.

The thing about Mamdani is that he’s a talented politician but not otherworldly or one in a billion, he’s just a competent guy with popular ideas who ran against an entitled piece of shit and to me it’s a lot more optimistic to imagine 1000 campaigns like his than to view him as a unique phenomenon

Democrats were overwhelmingly united on their shutdown demands.

Americans understood that Trump and Republicans were to blame.

Voters made it known last Tuesday that they'll elect leaders who stand up to Trump.

Democrats held the cards — and folded for no reason.

Most likely, they will never learn.
Voters want a Democratic Party that fights back against the forces that have rigged the system and made their lives more difficult.

A party that comforts the afflicted and afflicts the comfortable —not a party that buckles and capitulates.

When will party leadership learn this lesson?

How about we shut down the government for this very popular and specific goal and then, hear me out, we hold out for like a month and a half and then, ok this part is important, after a watershed election where we ran the table, ONLY THEN, fold and don't get the one thing we said we wanted.

Sanders: Let’s be clear… If this vote succeeds, over 20 million Americans are going to see at least a doubling in their premiums… if resolution is passed tonight, we are on a path way to throw 15 million Americans off of medicaid and the affordable care act, 15 million.

#GVerse DEMOCRATS,

11 "or more" Democrats are reportedly breaking ranks and preparing to vote for Trump and against their own party and country.

They are getting nothing in return.

Zero gain on ACA subsidies.

They are giving up everything for nothing.

Contact them ASAP. Please share.
