1) You can get 7, 8, or 9 out of 10 by just doing the basics right
2) Keep things simple and don't overdue things that be messed up by fussing with them too much
3) When something is good and important, make sure there's plenty of it or more on tap.

I won't say I never do it but gosh I wish people actually read articles before commenting on and boosting them

I have begun to think that Minnesota pushback to ICE was unique and a model because it gave people something to do. It wasn’t about just going out in streets for rallying purposes. People had a mission: videos, whistles, information and communication flow to communities. They had something to do.

Unless you know them, don’t trust “independent journalists.” They’re often parasites. I know people distrust the mainstream press but established journalists at established outlets using their real names are 100 times more reliable and honest than the endless parade of YouTubers and bloggers.
