We've cut 125 bps in the past 12 months and markets are pricing 100% chance of two more cuts in the next 3 months, while 10y BEI is 2.4%. Pretty wild stuff when core PCE has been above target for 18 straight quarters and 20 seems to be a lock.

Magic Eraser on the Pixel is really something. I took the first picture as I was walking into the Adirondack Balloon Festival and couldn't line it up to take that light out of the shot. I just circled it on my phone and it took it out.

It's a small thing but I'm really proud of how I improved on when to use ser and estar in Spanish. These are the results of the first and last sections of this lesson.
