UPDATE: The Senate votes 53-47 to shoot down the Baldwin amendment to extend ACA funds for 1 year. A party-line vote with every Republican rejecting it.
An important vote in this series: Tammy Baldwin’s proposal to extend ACA expiring funds for 1 year. It’s structured as a motion to table (i.e. scrap it from the amendment tree). But it’ll show the appetite (or lack thereof) in the Senate to address this issue.

I reduced my shopping there after they walked back from supporting minority communities, but if they start doing this I will stop shopping there completely. I can handle the occasional outgoing employee, but every employee doing this would be my personal hell, especially if it’s forced.

I assume this is office driven, which has just been murdered the past three years, and probably a little multifamily if they include that as CMBS, which also suffered from the jump in interest rates even though competition for qualifying assets from insurance firms has kept down cap rates.

Totally agree with this. You can think that they got it wrong legally, but it seems pretty clear to me that the jury engaged with the law and tried to apply it. I don't believe they thought all the elements were proved against Dunn and just said 'screw the law, not guilty'.
the jury nullification take is wrong. If that’s what had happened they wouldn’t have sent a note to the judge asking for definitions of relevant terms.

I am personally disgusted by this and would like to be on record that if I were presented with this set of facts, I would absolutely vote to convict per the judge's instructions.
