Public-facing Facebook pages about health are currently the most toxic place online, as far as I can tell.

I’m suddenly thinking about all the people who’ve been demanding that elected Democrats put their lives on the line to fight Trump when those same people couldn’t be bothered to fill in a fucking bubble on a piece of paper a year ago to prevent all of this.

Only jumping on Bsky once a day means I just found out like just now that the shutdown actually ended? No one IRL was talking about it at all.
I had kind of assumed the House wouldn't pass it. Oh, well.
I also kinda do not want to dredge it back up. But I find it fascinating that I had no idea.

I forgot I posted this, but yeah, I stand by this. "Money should not even exist at this scale" is one of my root social beliefs.
There's simply too much total money floating around in the world if some company I've never heard of was able to lose 40 billion dollars.
