Just don't let her keep any of the guns. She's likely to go on a dog/goat/whatever shooting rampage.
I think if we let her keep the outfits she might leave.

Putting aside a lot of other considerations, to me this makes no sense whatsoever because ICE agents have zero training in "executive protection" roles. Lots of other people in the government do, so this is truly a terribly stupid move.
Watch this space. The idiots in the regime are including ICE agents in diplomatic protection details abroad, and Italian elected leaders are not having it.

The mayor of Milan calls ICE "a militia that kills."
Milans mayor Sala has different opinion

I think we should start referring to Kashyap (Kash, or Ka$h) Patel as Trash or Tra$h or Tra$shyap Patel. It would be much more descriptive of the person he is.

MaggieMay here is correct. You can correct a dog, without punishing it per se, but that has to happen within 1.4 seconds of them doing whatever it was you disagree with for them to mentally connect the correction to their behavior. Anything after that 1.4 seconds is completely pointless and cruel.

I'm more interested in when law enforcement does something about it. There are already sufficient laws in place to deal with Musk's willful disregard of just about everything.
So are lawmakers going to do anything about the richest man on the planet running a CSAM factory

One of the many things I learned in the last 3+ years is that this was a Ukrainian piece of music. I got chills watching this. I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in that.
In the ruined turbine hall of a DTEK power station, shattered by russian attacks, a choir sings Shchedryk.

Truly, a performance worth a million words 💔

I worked with computers from the 9th grade until I retired. Same thing as this person. One of my favorite quotes, is "Hardware eventually breaks. Software eventually works." And even that might a little optimistic.
From AWS to Cloudflare... always go out of my way to avoid "smart" appliances 😖

Do not want always-online
Do not want phone controls
Do not want an app for it
Do not want a subscription

Just want appliances that work, on their own, without software updates, by pressing a physical button 😌

The best part, though, is that the judge denied the DOJ request for a stay pending appeal, and also denied an administrative stay. I think she's done with their BS.
BOOM 🔥:

Judge Immergut issues a second Temporary Restraining Order prohibiting the relocation, federalization, or deployment of ANY NATIONAL GUARD FROM ANY STATE into the state of Oregon.

Anyone who uses the word "leadership" in the same sentence as Patel, either doesn't understand the meaning of the word, or is intentionally abusing it.
Hours after the assassination of Charlie Kirk, FBI Director Kash Patel declared online that “the subject” in the killing was in custody. The shooter was not.

The false assurance was more than a slip. It spotlighted uncertainty surrounding Patel’s leadership.

Patel faces congressional hearings after missteps in Kirk assassination probe and turmoil at FBI
FBI Director Kash Patel is bracing for scrutiny over his leadership of the Charlie Kirk investigation and other areas when he appears before Congress this coming week for oversight hearings.

That mark is just the surgical scar from the Pre-frontal lobotomy. No biggie.
Today’s press pool photo shows Trump leaving the White House this morning.

I enhanced the image. And seriously, can an expert explain what the hell is happening to his forehead? Right above his nose and right brow.

As usual, General Hertling paints a very clear picture of what it means to serve, and how Trump denigrates the very idea, time after time.
“…I am infuriated that the Air Force plans to grant military funeral honors to Ashli Babbitt. She did not die defending the Constitution. She died trying to overturn it.”

Honoring Ashli Babbitt Dishonors the Military
If there’s no difference between upholding the Constitution and attacking it, then there’s no honor in service.

Every dog owner knows, or should, that if you get down into the "dog zone," you're not going to be doing what you thought you were going to do. You're going to be interacting with the dog(s). They rightly interpret you getting down on their level as an invitation.

I once hired a landscaper who offered water for my dogs when we were out for a walk on a hot day. I figured anyone that cared about other people's dogs was worth giving an opportunity. And, it worked out for both of us.

Scene: Interior of the Oval Office. A Gollum-like figure slinks its way in.
Stephen Miller: Massster! Massster!
Trump: Yes?
SM: We just heard that the Alligator Auschitz is now open!
T, in a warning tone: Stephen...
SM: Sorry, Massster. Alligator Alcatraz, Massster. /1

There's another version of this video with voice-over added of the two dogs talking about the situation. As funny as this is, the one with the voice-overs is even more so.
This is Tub and Blue. They simply cannot figure out how to get their tennis ball that fell in the pool. Still 12/10 because they really are trying

I've seen AnnieS do this before, for someone who had a well-loved pet. Her work is always phenomenally good, verging on, if not actually accomplishing, photo-realism. Amazing work by a wonderful person and artist.
@lacentrist.bsky.social Hi Maggie. I saw yr very sad post when you lost Teddy. He looks like such a sweetheart, so I sketched his portrait for you. I hope your memories of him arrive mostly with smiles. It is 8x10” and yours if you would like. Feel free to dm me if you do (no cost, of course!) #dog

BREAKING: Our Umani herd just got a little bit bigger! This morning — after a pregnancy that kept us all waiting — Zongoloni gave birth amidst her human-elephant family, safely delivering a beautiful little boy.

More to come, but we couldn’t wait to share the news (🔉 sound on)!
